Then, we test the strongest ideas with real market experiments to see if people actually care — and if they’re willing to pay. The goal is to get real data fast, so we can double down on the concepts with the highest potential.

Output: 3 ideas tested, 1 winner

Next, we launch the business and run it for the first few months. This early stage lets us spot weak points fast and fix them while things are still small—so when we scale, we’re building on solid ground.

Output: 1 brand live, 3-month operation run

Finally, we either hand over the business with a full scaling plan or scale it together as partners. Your choice!

Hi, I'm Juan Pablo Rodríguez.

In 2021, I blew up on TikTok — over 3 million followers, brand deals, even people stopping me for photos. But when views dropped, so did my income. I kept chasing virality, creating content I didn’t even like, until I hit a wall.

That’s when I joined NOBA Ventures, a company that builds new businesses from scratch. There, I learned how to turn ideas into real companies — the kind that don’t depend on algorithms to survive.
